Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Brand Solutions team in researching market trends, identifying potential brand partnerships, and developing innovative campaign proposals.
• Support the execution and monitoring of diverse digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment between brand objectives and creator content.
• Collaborate with the Talent Management team to identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with emerging and established content creators and influencers.
• Facilitate smooth communication between brands, creators, and internal stakeholders, ensuring all campaign requirements and timelines are met effectively.
• Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations, analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights for optimization.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas for new brand activations and talent development initiatives.
• Undertake general administrative tasks to support the efficient functioning of both the Brand Solutions and Talent Management departments.
• Continuously learn about the evolving digital media landscape, including new platforms, content formats, and influencer marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and engaging personality.
• A genuine passion for the creator/influencer ecosystem, digital marketing, and the media industry.
• Proactive and curious mindset, eager to understand complex interplays between brands, creators, and campaigns.
• Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with a diverse range of individuals, from brand managers to content creators.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; we value intent to learn and a positive attitude over extensive prior experience.
• Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate for an in-office working arrangement.
