Account Management Intern

Lemma is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Management Intern to join our Publisher Accounts Team. This internship offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience within the dynamic fields of Digital Advertising and AdTech. As an Account Management Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our publisher accounts, contributing to daily operations, and enhancing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with publisher account management, including onboarding new partners.
• Support daily account setup and operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, trackers, and performance summaries using Excel.
• Develop engaging presentations and client-facing documents using PowerPoint.
• Address basic client queries, provide support, and assist with troubleshooting.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Operations, and Engineering to resolve issues and achieve objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; BBA/MBA in Marketing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen interest in Digital Advertising and AdTech is highly advantageous.
