As a Data & Power BI Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our data analytics initiatives, contributing directly to projects that inform key business decisions. This 3-month program is designed to provide comprehensive training and mentorship, helping you develop a strong foundation in data analytics and visualization. You'll work closely with experienced professionals, learning best practices and honing your technical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators and trends.
• Regularly update and manage various datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all data sources.
• Prepare, format, and maintain detailed Excel reports and trackers, supporting various departmental needs.
• Execute data cleaning, organization, and validation processes to ensure high-quality data for analysis and reporting.
• Continuously monitor existing dashboards and reports, proactively identifying and resolving any data accuracy issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective visualizations and data solutions.
• Provide comprehensive support to the team for all data-related and reporting activities.
• Assist in the evaluation and improvement of current dashboards and reporting methodologies to enhance efficiency and insights.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, or a recent graduate (fresher status).
• Strong interest and foundational understanding of data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, reporting, and analysis.
• Familiarity with Power BI for creating dashboards and visualizations is highly desirable.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies within the data analytics domain.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
