Finance Executive - Intern

As a Finance Executive Intern, you will play a crucial role in managing financial records, supporting taxation processes, and ensuring smooth vendor relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing processes and maintain accurate accounts.
• Perform financial record maintenance and conduct regular reconciliations.
• Provide support for Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) compliance.
• Coordinate vendor management activities and assist with procurement processes.
• Conduct payment follow-ups and process employee reimbursements.
• Contribute to financial reporting and management information systems (MIS).
• Coordinate billing for various software licenses and subscriptions, including Zoho, Microsoft, and Adobe.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.Com, BBA, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration degree.
• Possess a basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Formulas.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
• Exhibit a proactive mindset with exceptional follow-up abilities.
