Full-Stack Developer – Ruby on Rails

Roxiler Systems is actively seeking a motivated and aspiring Full-Stack Developer - Trainee to join our dynamic team in Pune. This is an exceptional 6-month internship opportunity designed for bright 2026 and 2027 pass-outs eager to launch their careers in full-stack JavaScript development. Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the development and enhancement of both front-end and back-end components of web applications under the guidance of senior developers.
• Learn to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using JavaScript, React, and server-side frameworks.
• Assist in the design and implementation of database schemas with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and contribute to technical discussions.
• Engage in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of full-stack development best practices, tools, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, eligible as a 2026 or 2027 pass-out.
• Foundational knowledge of server-side frameworks such as NestJS, Express.js, or LoopBack.
• Proficiency in client-side development with React.
• Understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Demonstrated hands-on project experience with full-stack JavaScript development.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and testing frameworks is a plus.
