Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Actively search for and identify qualified candidates using a variety of recruitment channels, including online job boards, professional networking sites, social media platforms, and our internal talent database. You will learn to craft compelling outreach messages to attract top talent.
• Resume Screening: Meticulously review applications and resumes to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit against specific job requirements. This involves understanding technical specifications and role demands across various departments.
• Interview Coordination: Manage the scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers. This includes sending invitations, ensuring timely communication, and providing necessary support to both parties for a smooth interview process.
• Recruitment Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle. This may involve maintaining applicant tracking systems, preparing recruitment reports, assisting with onboarding documentation, and contributing to recruitment strategy meetings.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience for all participants in the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Must hold a Graduation degree, complemented by a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Candidates possessing an academic background in Civil Engineering will be given preference and will have a distinct advantage, showcasing analytical and problem-solving skills highly valued in our industry.
• Experience Level: This role is specifically tailored for Freshers. We welcome individuals who are new to the professional world and are eager to learn and grow within the HR domain. No prior professional experience is required, though academic projects or relevant extracurricular activities are a plus.
• Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to articulate clearly, listen actively, and convey information professionally is critical for interacting with diverse candidates and internal teams in this HR Recruiter Intern position.
