Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of learning and development programs and initiatives.
• Conduct research on best practices in corporate learning, training methodologies, and educational technologies.
• Support the coordination and scheduling of training sessions, workshops, and team-building events.
• Prepare engaging presentation materials, reports, and internal communications using PowerPoint.
• Manage and analyze data related to training effectiveness and participant feedback using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our learning resources and platforms.

Requirements

• Any graduate or postgraduate degree holder.
• 0-1 year of professional experience; freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
• Previous internship experience, especially in an L&D or HR role, is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, research, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively.
