Key Responsibilities

• Engage in end-to-end development activities, contributing to both front-end user interfaces and robust back-end systems for HealthTech products.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain efficient REST APIs and database solutions utilizing technologies such as MySQL or MongoDB.
• Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of our healthcare CRM systems and other critical internal platforms.
• Participate actively in the ideation, development, and deployment of new HealthTech products and automation tools.
• Identify, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues to ensure high quality and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate closely with senior developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Learn and apply best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated (2026 & 2027 pass-outs) with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Foundational understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks, particularly React.
• Basic knowledge of back-end programming languages and frameworks, such as Node.js, PHP, or Python.
• Exposure to database management systems like MySQL or MongoDB is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with version control systems, specifically Git and GitHub, for collaborative development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• An unwavering eagerness to learn new technologies, adapt to challenges, and contribute meaningfully to a team focused on HealthTech innovation.
