Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and diligently follow up on various requests with banking partners.
• Accurately track all onboarding activities and ensure the highest level of data integrity and maintenance.
• Assist in the efficient creation of onboarding IDs for new partners.
• Coordinate proactively with internal departments to swiftly resolve any account setup challenges or issues.
• Provide comprehensive support for ad-hoc onboarding tasks and other process-related assignments as needed.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Hindi is essential.
• A basic understanding of banking principles or payment systems will be considered a significant advantage.
• Prior internship experience, particularly in operations or a related field, is preferred.
