Key Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and publish engaging updates, press releases, announcements, and compelling content to share across all relevant platforms, ensuring brand consistency and message clarity.
• Proactively monitor online conversations, feedback, and mentions related to the company, demonstrating professionalism and empathy when responding to inquiries or managing sensitive comments.
• Support and drive community engagement initiatives on rapidly evolving digital and social media platforms, fostering positive interactions and brand loyalty.
• Collaborate closely with HR and PR Managers to ensure all messaging aligns seamlessly with the company’s established voice, values, and strategic objectives.
• Identify and escalate critical public relations issues or potential crises to senior management swiftly and efficiently, contributing to effective resolution.
• Contribute fresh, innovative, and creative ideas to enhance existing public relations strategies, campaigns, and overall communication efforts, helping to keep the company at the forefront of its industry.
• Learn and rigorously apply industry best practices in public relations, corporate communication, and brand reputation management under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Requirements

• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate messages clearly, concisely, and persuasively for diverse audiences.
