Shepherd Law & Associates (SLA) is offering exciting internship opportunities for ambitious law students and aspiring legal professionals in November and December 2026. With three slots available for each month, this internship provides invaluable hands-on experience across corporate and litigation work within our Delhi office. We are looking for bright individuals with strong drafting and research skills, committed to a full-time engagement.

As an intern at SLA, you will be immersed in the daily operations of a dynamic law firm, gaining practical insights into various aspects of legal practice. This internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of both corporate law and litigation, allowing you to develop crucial legal skills and contribute to real-world cases. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research on various corporate and litigation matters.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, memoranda, and correspondences.
• Support legal teams in case preparation and client handling.
• Participate in internal meetings and discussions to gain insights into legal strategies.
• Organize and maintain legal files and documentation with precision.
• Undertake any other administrative or legal tasks as assigned by supervising attorneys.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an LLB/LLM degree or a recent graduate from a recognized law program.
• Demonstrated strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Ability to commit to a full-time internship for the specified duration (November or December 2026).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
