Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives, as a Trainee HR.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining HR records to support our talent acquisition efforts.
• Collaborate with senior HR team members to understand and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Support the Business Analysis team in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements for various software projects as a Trainee Business Analyst.
• Participate in creating functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Assist in conducting market research, data analysis, and preparing comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making and project planning.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows for enhanced efficiency across both HR and Business Analysis domains.
• Engage in cross-functional team meetings, providing insights and taking ownership of assigned tasks to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• A keen interest and foundational understanding of Human Resources or Business Analysis principles.
• Demonstrable experience, ideally 2 to 6 months in a related field, internship, or project work.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, vital for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and tools, demonstrating a proactive learning attitude.
• Proficiency in basic office software, including Excel, and an eagerness to learn more advanced technical skills like SQL or HRIS.
• A collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
• Candidates must be available for an in-office role at our Baner, Pune location.
