Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews.
• Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration into the company culture.
• Support performance management initiatives, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.
• Learn and apply various HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and fairness.

• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with data analysis to support talent management decisions.

Requirements

• A Fresher, specifically a 2026 Pass-Out, eager to begin a career in Talent Management.
• Preferred qualification: MBA (HR) or MSW (HR) from a recognized institution.
• Strong interest in human resources and a foundational understanding of HR principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in an in-office environment five days a week.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
