As a Workforce Management Intern at Coditas, you will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce operations, contributing to efficient resource allocation and strategic planning. You'll work closely with various internal stakeholders, learning to translate data into actionable insights that drive business performance. Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly Workforce Management (WFM) reports and dashboards.
• Accurately maintain and update comprehensive workforce and resource data sets.
• Track and monitor resource availability, allocation, deployment status, and bench strength effectively.
• Identify and report data inconsistencies, gaps, and discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate seamlessly with various internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and facilitate smooth operations.
• Assist in in-depth workforce analysis and capacity tracking initiatives to optimize resource utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-1 year of professional experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated basic proficiency in MS Excel, including sorting, filtering, formatting, formulas, and tables.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical mindset coupled with robust problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• A genuine interest in Workforce Management, Resource Management, HR, Operations, or Business Analytics.
• Eagerness to learn and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced professional setting.
• Exposure to advanced Excel functionalities such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIF/SUMIF is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Power BI or other reporting tools would be an added advantage.
