Accounts Receivable (AR)

Scale Healthcare is actively seeking skilled and dedicated Accounts Receivable (AR) professionals to join our expanding team. This is a crucial role focused on optimizing the revenue cycle for our US Healthcare RCM operations. As an Accounts Receivable specialist, you will play a vital part in ensuring timely collections and accurate financial reporting, contributing directly to the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve outstanding accounts receivable balances for US healthcare clients.
• Analyze and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA).
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies to appeal denied or underpaid claims.
• Identify and rectify billing discrepancies, underpayments, and claim denials.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and payer information in the billing system.
• Prepare regular reports on AR aging and collection activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, specifically within the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain.
• Strong understanding of medical billing and coding procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant healthcare management software and systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
