Accounts Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient execution of day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide comprehensive support in the meticulous preparation and thorough verification of invoices.
• Contribute actively to the management of accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely transactions.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive accounting records and essential financial documentation.
• Support the finance team with precise bank reconciliation procedures and the generation of insightful MIS (Management Information System) reports.
• Assist in activities related to GST (Goods and Services Tax), TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the reporting manager to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree, preferably with a specialization in Accounting & Finance, from a recognized institution.
• Freshers and entry-level candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, demonstrating a keen interest in accounting.
• Possess a fundamental understanding of core accounting principles and generally accepted accounting practices.
• Good working knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel for data management, analysis, and report generation.
• Familiarity with Tally or other recognized accounting software will be considered a significant advantage.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong willingness to learn and develop within the dynamic Accounts & Finance sector.
