Key Responsibilities

As our HR Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing the full spectrum of human resources functions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• End-to-End Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from crafting compelling job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, and facilitating comprehensive onboarding programs.
• Employee Records & HR Documentation Management: Meticulously maintain accurate and confidential employee records, manage all HR-related documentation, and ensure the integrity and compliance of personnel data within our HR systems.
• Employee Engagement & Communication: Develop and implement innovative strategies and initiatives to foster a positive, engaging, and collaborative work environment, including managing internal communications and acting as a point of contact for employee queries.
• Performance Management Support: Provide crucial support in the administration of performance management cycles, including assisting with goal setting, facilitating performance reviews, and supporting development plans.
• HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all local labor laws, industry regulations, and company HR policies. You will be responsible for updating and disseminating policies and maintaining a compliant and ethical workplace.
• HR Operations Excellence: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance HR operational efficiency and leverage technology to streamline processes within the Human Resources department.

Requirements

To succeed in this rewarding HR Specialist role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of progressive, hands-on experience in a comprehensive Human Resources generalist or specialist role, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment strategies, HR documentation management, employee relations, and a basic understanding of compensation and benefits administration.
• Thorough knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), along with strong command over Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
• A proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct.
