Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for various business functions.
• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all reporting systems.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their data requirements and translate them into effective MIS solutions.
• Automate reporting processes wherever possible to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Provide training and support to end-users on MIS tools and reports.
• Monitor and troubleshoot MIS applications and systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing MIS infrastructure and reporting methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in an MIS role, preferably within a manufacturing or corporate environment.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and VBA for automation.
• Strong command of SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex data insights clearly.
