AI Architect

Coforge is seeking an experienced and visionary AI Architect / Lead to join our dynamic AI and Digital Engineering team. This pivotal role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). We are looking for an individual who can drive innovation, mentor teams, and ensure the successful implementation of scalable AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of advanced AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Apply expertise in Agentic AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Prompt Engineering to create robust AI applications.
• Develop and deploy scalable AI solutions leveraging cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing and new products.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and AI engineers.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, Generative AI, and LLMs to drive continuous innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, and LLMs.
• Proven hands-on expertise in Python and various AI frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience with Agentic AI, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.
• Familiarity with AI application development and deployment strategies.
• Exposure to major cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
