Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and maintain efficient ETL/ELT data pipelines to support various analytical and operational needs.
• Design and optimize complex SQL queries for effective data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Implement and manage data solutions using a suite of AWS cloud services, including S3, Glue, Lambda, and Redshift.
• Proactively monitor data quality, ensuring accuracy and integrity, and troubleshoot any pipeline issues promptly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, business analysts, and fellow engineers to understand data requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data architecture and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a Data Engineer or similar role.
• Demonstrated strong proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience across databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Extensive practical experience with AWS cloud services, particularly S3 and Glue; familiarity with Redshift and Lambda is a significant advantage.
• Solid working knowledge of Python for data scripting, automation, and data manipulation tasks.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and prior experience with Spark or PySpark is highly desirable.
• Experience with version control systems, specifically Git, is a plus.
• Candidates must be comfortable and available for face-to-face interviews in Pune.
