AI Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and solutions, ensuring data quality and accessibility. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their data requirements and translate them into effective technical strategies, primarily utilizing your expertise in Profisee and advanced Power BI. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize robust data pipelines and ETL processes to support various business needs, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Implement and manage Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Profisee MDM and integrate data through Profisee APIs.
• Create, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Advanced Power BI to provide insightful data visualizations for stakeholders.
• Perform comprehensive data modeling, master data processing, and data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across data sets.
• Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver client-facing data engineering solutions.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes within various database environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring the reliability and availability of data systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering practices, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
• A minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in Data Engineering roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful data projects.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Profisee MDM and Profisee API integration.
• Demonstrable expertise in Advanced Power BI for reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
• Strong proficiency in Data Engineering principles, including ETL processes, data pipeline development, and data modeling.
• Expert-level SQL skills for querying, manipulating, and managing large datasets in various relational databases.
• Experience with other data technologies such as Python, PySpark, Tableau, and MongoDB is highly advantageous.
• Prior experience working in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with client stakeholders and technical teams.
