As an AI Engineer / AI Lead at Coforge, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI models and systems. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver state-of-the-art AI-powered automation, conversational agents, and robust Generative AI solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI models and solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop and deploy Agentic AI systems and conversational agents to automate complex tasks and improve user interactions.
• Apply expertise in Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques to solve real-world business challenges.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance the accuracy and relevance of AI outputs.
• Utilize frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph for building sophisticated AI applications.
• Integrate and leverage various Vector Databases for efficient data storage and retrieval in AI contexts.
• Conduct Prompt Engineering to optimize the performance and behavior of LLMs.
• Deploy and manage AI solutions on leading cloud platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI.
• Implement MLOps and LLMOps best practices for robust model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Python programming for AI/ML development.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Generative AI technologies and Large Language Models.
• Proficiency in Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms and frameworks.
• Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks for building AI applications is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and Vector Databases.
• Solid experience with one or more major cloud AI platforms: Azure (Azure OpenAI), AWS (AWS Bedrock), or GCP (Vertex AI).
• Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps principles and tools (preferred).
