Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced artificial intelligence (AI) models and scalable AI applications from concept to deployment.
• Work extensively with Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning, customization, and integration into various platforms to solve complex business challenges.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into our existing product ecosystem.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of emerging AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and industry best practices to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation.
• Optimize the performance, efficiency, and scalability of AI systems, ensuring robust and reliable operation in production environments.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models, APIs, and application designs, fostering knowledge sharing within the team.
• Participate actively in code reviews, contributing to a high standard of code quality and promoting continuous improvement in development processes.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues related to AI model accuracy, data pipelines, and application functionality, ensuring optimal system performance.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a closely related technical field.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on professional experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or a similar role focused on AI application development.
• Demonstrated expertise and strong proficiency in Python programming, including experience with relevant libraries and frameworks.
• In-depth understanding and practical experience with various Large Language Models (LLMs) and popular AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Proven track record of successfully developing, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered applications in a production environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying and managing AI services, along with familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Solid grasp of software development principles, version control systems (e.g., Git), and API design for integrating AI components.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
