AI Engineer

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and passionate AI Engineer with a strong background in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding team. As an integral AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI applications that solve complex real-world problems. Your expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and the robust utilization of vector databases will be crucial in bringing sophisticated AI concepts from initial proof-of-concept stages through to successful production deployment. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to deliver high-impact, reliable, and performant AI solutions that drive business value and technological advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement sophisticated RAG-based AI applications and intelligent autonomous agents.
• Develop and optimize intricate agentic workflows, effectively utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), diverse external tools, and rich data sources.
• Engineer and enhance high-performance retrieval, embedding generation, and vector-search pipelines for maximum efficiency and precision.
• Facilitate seamless integration of LLMs with various third-party REST API, relational and NoSQL databases, and complex enterprise systems.
• Conduct rigorous evaluation, continuous monitoring, and iterative improvement of AI application accuracy, operational performance, and overall reliability.
• Actively engage and collaborate with engineering and product management teams to strategically transition AI solutions from conceptual prototypes to robust, production-ready systems.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on professional experience as an AI Engineer or in a closely related artificial intelligence development role.
• Demonstrable strong, practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and a proven ability to build and deploy Agentic AI solutions.
• Profound theoretical and practical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), advanced prompt engineering methodologies, and the end-to-end AI application development lifecycle.
• Extensive practical experience working with vector databases, generating high-quality embeddings, and establishing efficient retrieval pipelines.
• Exceptional programming proficiency in Python, capable of developing clean, efficient, and scalable codebases.
• Proven track record of designing, building, and successfully deploying scalable, production-grade AI solutions in a real-world environment.
• Candidates with prior experience working specifically in product-based companies will be given preferred consideration.
