Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Generative AI and LLM-based solutions to automate the migration of complex data workloads from DataStage to Microsoft Fabric.
• Implement and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance the accuracy and relevance of AI-driven automation.
• Build, train, and manage sophisticated AI Agents and bots for intelligent process automation, including code generation and legacy system modernization.
• Perform LLM Fine-Tuning and comprehensive Model Evaluation to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and ethical considerations of AI models.
• Apply advanced Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to extract insights, process unstructured data, and improve migration efficiency.
• Integrate AI services and solutions seamlessly using REST APIs, ensuring robust and scalable connectivity across various platforms.
• Drive continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices for AI solution development and deployment, ensuring high-quality and rapid iteration cycles.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, architects, and project managers to understand migration requirements and deliver high-impact AI solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and software development, with a strong focus on Generative AI.
• Exceptional proficiency in Python, including experience with relevant AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
• Demonstrated expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and advanced Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Proven experience in building and deploying practical AI Agents/Bots for automation, code generation, or legacy modernization initiatives.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with LLM Fine-Tuning methodologies and Model Evaluation best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services, specifically Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services.
• Strong background in developing and integrating solutions using REST API and robust API integration strategies.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git and experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for AI projects.
• Experience or strong understanding of data migration challenges, particularly involving platforms like DataStage and Microsoft Fabric.
