Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI and Machine Learning models for diverse business problems.
• Lead and contribute significantly to at least two production-grade AI deployment projects, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define project scope, and deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Optimize existing AI models and algorithms for performance, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Conduct thorough testing, validation, and monitoring of deployed AI systems to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to introduce innovative approaches.
• Contribute to the entire AI lifecycle, from data acquisition and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Requirements

• A strong academic background with a Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a premium/reputed institute.
• Overall professional experience ranging from 4 to 12 years in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, and Python development.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in at least two successful AI deployment projects, showcasing strong production experience.
• Candidates with 4 years of total experience should have a minimum of 3 to 3.5 years specifically in AI Engineering.
• For those with more than 5 years of total experience, at least 4 years should be dedicated to AI Engineering roles.
• A minimum tenure of 1.5 years with your current organization is required.
• Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with relevant AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) for deploying and managing AI services.
• Ability to work effectively with a notice period of up to 60 days.
