Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the research, design, and development of innovative AI and Machine Learning models and solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of Python-based code for various AI applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Learn and apply foundational concepts of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) in practical, hands-on projects.
• Participate actively in the data collection, preprocessing, and analysis phases to prepare robust datasets for training and testing AI models effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications for AI-driven features.
• Support the development and maintenance of robust APIs using modern web frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django to integrate AI models into larger software systems.
• Engage in continuous learning and skill development to stay updated with the latest advancements, tools, and methodologies in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and related technologies.
• Contribute to the documentation of AI models, algorithms, and development processes for knowledge sharing and future reference within the team.

Requirements

• B.Tech degree in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), or Information Technology (IT) — specifically for the Class of 2026 pass-outs.
• MCA degree — specifically for the Class of 2026 pass-outs.
• Proven foundational knowledge and a strong, demonstrable interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
• Solid programming skills in Python, coupled with a clear understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Familiarity with Python web frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django is considered a significant advantage.
• Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, a proactive attitude, and a keen willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies quickly.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration within a diverse engineering environment.
