As an Associate Trainee - AI Engineer, you will be instrumental in supporting our projects that leverage AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI to solve complex business challenges. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to various stages of AI solution development, from data preparation to model deployment. This role is designed to provide comprehensive training and mentorship, equipping you with the practical skills and theoretical knowledge required to excel in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of AI and Machine Learning models using Python.
• Support the design and implementation of Generative AI (Gen AI) solutions and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Collaborate with senior engineers on data preparation, feature engineering, and model training tasks.
• Gain proficiency in using LLM tools and frameworks such as Langchain for RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) implementations.
• Contribute to projects leveraging cloud platforms like Azure and big data technologies such as Databricks and PySpark.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
• Document technical specifications, project progress, and training modules effectively.
• Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and related technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Information Technology (IT) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA), graduating in 2026.
• Demonstrated strong coding skills in Python.
• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning concepts, and LLMs.
• Familiarity with web frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies, particularly in the AI/Gen AI domain.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
