Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable enterprise-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions that meet complex business requirements.
• Lead the creation and deployment of sophisticated Large Language Model (LLM) engineering and multi-agent systems, pushing the boundaries of AI capabilities.
• Specialize in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge retrieval, and advanced context/memory engineering to enhance AI model performance and accuracy.
• Establish and maintain best practices for LLMOps and AgentOps, covering AI evaluation, observability, and continuous integration/deployment for production environments.
• Successfully transition AI and Generative AI proof-of-concepts into fully operational, high-performance production systems.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing platforms and workflows.
• Stay at the forefront of AI innovation, continuously exploring new technologies, methodologies, and frameworks in Generative AI and Agentic AI to drive competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related technical field.
• A minimum of 4-8 years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of architecting, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions in production.
• Exceptional command of Python programming and extensive hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Databricks, including cloud-native deployments and API integration.
• Deep understanding and practical experience in AI solution architecture, multi-agent systems, LLM engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and context/memory management.
• Solid experience with LLMOps/AgentOps principles, including AI model evaluation, performance monitoring, and observability in production settings.
• A strong aptitude for complex problem-solving, analytical thinking, and a genuine passion for building intelligent AI systems that can reason, plan, and act autonomously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.
