AI/GenAI Developer

Spectral Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/GenAI Developer to join our team, working with a global consulting firm specializing in Commercial Analytics & Technology solutions. As an AI/GenAI Developer, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end lifecycle of developing, fine-tuning, and deploying advanced AI solutions. You will work within a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful AI-driven products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust AI and Generative AI models and applications, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Utilize frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex to build sophisticated RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems.
• Integrate and leverage cutting-edge AI platforms and models from OpenAI/GPT and Hugging Face for various client projects.
• Collaborate with analytics and technology teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
• Develop and maintain scalable, production-ready codebases using Python and associated AI/ML libraries.
• Deploy and manage AI applications on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Implement DevOps practices, including Git and Terraform, for continuous integration, delivery, and infrastructure as code.
• Conduct thorough testing, evaluation, and fine-tuning of AI models to optimize performance and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
• Demonstrated experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI techniques, and RAG architectures.
• Practical experience with frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Familiarity with OpenAI/GPT models and the Hugging Face ecosystem.
• Solid understanding and experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience with Full Stack development concepts and DevOps tools such as Git and Terraform.
• Ability to work effectively in a global consulting environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
