AI/ML Developer

Key Responsibilities

• For the Data Engineer Role:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines using various ETL tools and technologies.
• Ensure the reliability, accuracy, and optimal performance of data storage and retrieval systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI/ML developers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver robust data solutions.
• Implement data governance, security, and quality control measures across all data assets.
• Monitor data pipeline health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize data processing workflows for efficiency.
• For the AI/ML Developer Role:
• Research, design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Implement machine learning pipelines from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training and deployment.
• Evaluate and improve the performance, accuracy, and scalability of AI/ML models.
• Integrate developed models into production systems and existing applications, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning technologies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 to 7 years of proven professional experience in either Data Engineering or AI/ML Development.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks.
• Demonstrable experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) for Data Engineer applicants.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and model deployment strategies for AI/ML Developer applicants.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for data storage, processing, and model deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to work exclusively from our Ahmedabad office, as this is an in-office (WFO) position.
