Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and Machine Learning models that address business needs.
• Implement and optimize advanced Deep Learning algorithms for various applications, enhancing system intelligence.
• Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for text understanding, generation, and sentiment analysis.
• Work with Generative AI (GenAI) technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Develop and integrate robust AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain or similar cutting-edge tools.
• Conduct thorough data preprocessing, feature engineering, and rigorous model evaluation to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to identify AI opportunities and integrate solutions into production systems.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research, tools, and methodologies, applying relevant innovations to our projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related quantitative field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience as an AI/ML Engineer or in a similar role focusing on AI/ML development.
• Proficiency in Python programming language, including relevant data science and machine learning libraries.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with core Machine Learning and Deep Learning principles, algorithms, and architectures.
• Demonstrated experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and the full lifecycle of AI/ML model development.
• Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI) concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI development frameworks such as LangChain or other similar tools for building complex AI applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for technical collaboration and presenting findings.
