Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret vast datasets from diverse sources, including SAP/ERP systems, CRM platforms, Excel spreadsheets, and various databases, to identify trends and critical business drivers.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust Power BI dashboards and comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
• Rigorously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify emerging business trends, detect operational patterns, and pinpoint anomalies that require investigation.
• Execute meticulous data cleansing, validation, and advanced data modelling techniques, coupled with root-cause analysis, to ensure data integrity and uncover underlying issues.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of critical business functions, including sales performance, procurement processes, inventory management, production efficiencies, financial operations, and overall operational data.
• Champion the automation of routine reporting processes and proactively identify opportunities for continuous process improvement across data analytics workflows.
• Collaborate closely with diverse business stakeholders to thoroughly understand their analytical requirements and subsequently deliver tailored, impactful data-driven solutions.
• Articulate and present complex data insights, findings, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to senior management, influencing critical business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a closely related quantitative field.
• Proven professional experience of 2 to 5 years in a dedicated Data Analyst role, ideally within the Manufacturing, FMCG, or Supply Chain Analytics domains.
• Demonstrated expertise in Power BI for dashboard development and report generation, alongside strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools, is essential.
• Solid understanding and practical application of data modelling principles, data visualization best practices, and statistical analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with Python (specifically Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib libraries), SAP ERP systems, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Power Query, and DAX is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple analytical projects concurrently with a notice period of immediate to 15 days.
