IBOTIX is actively seeking an experienced and highly skilled Data Analyst to join our expanding team in Hinjewadi, Pune. Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to identify significant trends, patterns, and anomalies, translating raw data into meaningful business intelligence.
• Design, develop, and maintain compelling dashboards and interactive reports using tools like Power BI and Advanced Excel, ensuring accessibility and utility for various internal and external stakeholders.
• Clearly articulate and present complex data findings, insights, and recommendations to non-technical audiences, guiding strategic discussions and fostering data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions that address specific business challenges.
• Ensure the highest level of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by implementing robust validation processes and conducting thorough quality checks on all data sources and outputs.
• Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple data analysis projects simultaneously, working effectively under strict deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and quality.
• Utilize advanced Excel functionalities, including the development and implementation of macros, to streamline data processing, automate routine tasks, and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis methodologies and tools, staying updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of demonstrated professional experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in Fashion/Apparel Retail, General Business, or Marketing sectors.
• Exceptional proficiency in Advanced Excel, encompassing advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, and a solid understanding of Excel macros.
• Proven expertise in Power BI for creating dynamic dashboards, reports, and interactive data visualizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple competing priorities effectively, and collaborate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with other data analysis tools and languages such as SQL or Python is highly advantageous.
