Key Responsibilities

• Analyze diverse datasets to identify critical trends, patterns, and actionable business insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Work extensively with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, and Azure SQL Database, for data storage and processing.
• Execute robust data cleaning, transformation, validation, and integration tasks using SQL to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate effectively with data engineers, business stakeholders, and various IT teams to gather and understand comprehensive reporting requirements.
• Utilize Microsoft Power Platform tools, such as Power Apps and Power Automate, to develop custom applications and automate business workflows, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Optimize SQL queries and data models for performance, maintain rigorous data quality standards, and create thorough documentation for all reports, dashboards, and underlying data processes.
• Provide continuous support for ongoing analytics needs and ensure the accurate and timely delivery of all reporting outputs.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of progressive experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying Power BI reports and interactive dashboards.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including advanced data manipulation, transformation, and query optimization techniques.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with key Microsoft Azure services, specifically Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, and Azure SQL Database.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in handling operational data and developing business intelligence reports is highly preferred.
• Exposure to industrial domains such as Oil & Gas or Manufacturing, or prior experience in OT/IoT projects, will be considered a significant advantage.
