Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data for various analytical purposes.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear, concise, and actionable business insights.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
• Actively support Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance initiatives, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across systems.
• Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues, implementing best practices to improve overall data reliability.
• Perform comprehensive data validation, ad-hoc analysis, and statistical modeling using Excel and other analytical tools.
• Present complex analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical teams, fostering a data-driven culture.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis methodologies, tools, and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience of 3-5 years in a Data Analyst role, with a strong emphasis on business intelligence and reporting.
• Demonstrated expertise in writing and optimizing SQL queries for large datasets.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard development, data modeling, and report creation. Familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Master Data Management (MDM), data quality frameworks, and data governance principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively manage stakeholders and present complex information.
• A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and a problem-solving mindset.
• Candidates with immediate availability or a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric is considered a significant advantage.
