Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced speech-to-text models and algorithms.
• Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to process, analyze, and understand spoken and transcribed data.
• Integrate AI Scribe functionalities into existing and new product lines, ensuring high accuracy and performance.
• Conduct research and experimentation with state-of-the-art Machine Learning (ML) approaches for speech recognition and transcription.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliver solutions, and integrate AI capabilities across platforms.
• Optimize and fine-tune models for various languages and acoustic environments.
• Contribute to the full lifecycle of AI product development, from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of speech-to-text systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in AI Scribe, Speech-to-Text, Natural Language Processing, or Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning domains.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of machine learning principles, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation for speech and text data.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI/ML models is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are highly preferred.
