Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage, including lectures, tutorials, and promotional materials, into polished and professional educational content while maintaining brand consistency.
• Add dynamic motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design elements to enhance the production value and engagement of all video projects.
• Collaborate closely with instructional designers, content creators, and subject matter experts to understand project requirements and deliver videos that align with learning objectives.
• Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring efficient workflow and easy retrieval of media files for current and future projects.
• Ensure all video content adheres to established quality standards, technical specifications, and delivery deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing software, trends, and techniques to continuously improve the quality and innovation of our video productions.
• Provide creative input and suggestions during the pre-production and post-production phases to optimize visual storytelling and learner engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Video Editor, preferably within an Ed-Tech or similar content-driven industry.
• Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your video editing skills, motion graphics capabilities, and ability to produce high-quality visual content.
• Excellent understanding of video production processes, storytelling principles, visual aesthetics, and sound design.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
