Senior Analyst - Private Credit

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive fund accounting duties, including Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and investor reporting for private credit funds.
• Manage loan instrument portfolios, ensuring accurate tracking, valuation, and reconciliation of various debt structures.
• Execute detailed reconciliations related to investor reporting, cash flows, and portfolio positions.
• Prepare and review financial statements, support audit processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
• Analyze and process private credit and loan operations, including syndicated loans, direct lending, CLOs, and other private debt instruments.
• Utilize financial platforms such as Investran, Geneva, or Wall Street Office to streamline processes and manage data effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies within the Private Credit and Fund Accounting functions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in private credit operations, loan instrument portfolio management, or fund accounting.
• Demonstrated expertise in NAV calculations, investor reporting, and financial statement preparation.
• Solid understanding of various private debt structures, including syndicated loans, direct lending, and CLOs.
• Proficiency with industry-standard financial platforms such as Investran, Geneva, Wall Street Office, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory; experience with SQL and VBA for data analysis and automation is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, global team environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a US shift (work from office) schedule.
