As a key member of our development team, the Flutter Developer will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, user-friendly applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You will work alongside talented designers, backend engineers, and product managers to bring cutting-edge solutions to life, ensuring seamless functionality and an outstanding user experience. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy robust cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces.
• Integrate with various backend services and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality within applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and architectural patterns.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, share knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Debug and resolve performance issues, bugs, and other software defects to optimize application performance and stability.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Flutter, mobile development, and related technologies.
• Work effectively within an Agile/Scrum development methodology, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 1.5 to 2.5 years of strong hands-on experience as a Flutter Developer with a proven track record of shipping successful mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Dart programming language and a deep understanding of the Flutter framework and its widgets.
• Experience with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod) and architectural patterns (e.g., MVVM, BLoC).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integrating them into Flutter applications.
• Solid understanding of mobile development lifecycle, from concept to deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a capacity to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
