API Performance & Optimization Analyst

HappyTravel is seeking an analytical and detail-driven API Performance & Optimization Analyst to join our global B2B hotel distribution business. This role is crucial for ensuring the integration quality, mapping accuracy, and operational stability across our extensive network of client and supplier connections, with an immediate start for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and analyze API performance, including availability, response times, and error patterns.
• Identify significant performance trends, irregularities, and opportunities for optimization across all integrations.
• Review integration behavior, verify mapping accuracy, and ensure content parity between client and supplier connections.
• Investigate technical findings thoroughly, meticulously document observations, and support timely escalation and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams on performance reviews, troubleshooting, and testing initiatives.
• Prepare accurate, data-driven reports and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of API performance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in monitoring and analyzing API performance.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify trends and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
