Key Responsibilities

• Perform meticulous document verification and quality checks for all retail asset operations, particularly in mortgage loans.

• Maintain stringent accuracy and control over all operational processes, adhering strictly to defined Turnaround Times (TAT).
• Actively coordinate with various internal operations and business teams to facilitate seamless workflow and issue resolution.

• Support the implementation of new operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Safeguard sensitive customer information and ensure data integrity in all transactions.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• Experience: Fresher candidates are welcome to apply, or individuals with 1-3 years of proven experience in Mortgage Loan Operations.
• Demonstrated exposure to checker-level activities, including a strong aptitude for quality assurance and control.
• Solid understanding of loan documentation, legal frameworks, and compliance requirements in the financial sector.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
