Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the complete employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding and integration to meticulous exit formalities, ensuring a positive experience at every stage.
- Actively support talent acquisition initiatives, which includes coordinating recruitment activities, conducting initial candidate screening, and efficiently scheduling interviews.
- Administer and ensure strict adherence to all HR policies and procedures, guaranteeing full compliance with relevant labor laws and internal company guidelines.
- Handle all aspects of employee relations, proactively addressing grievances, mediating conflicts, and continuously fostering a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Manage and maintain HR Information Systems (HRIS) with precision, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records and data integrity.
- Provide comprehensive support for performance management processes, including assisting with goal setting, facilitating performance reviews, and delivering constructive feedback.
- Assist diligently in compensation and benefits administration, encompassing accurate payroll inputs, benefits enrollment, and related inquiries.
- Contribute proactively to various HR projects aimed at continuous process improvement, enhancing employee engagement, and driving broader organizational development initiatives.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is essential.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist role, ideally within a dynamic and fast-paced corporate environment.
- Demonstrated strong understanding of core HR principles, best practices, and a solid grasp of Indian labor laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, and complex problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing HRIS platforms for data management and reporting, along with strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and consistently demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability.
