Key Responsibilities

• Strategically drive store sales and consistently achieve ambitious revenue targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and profitability goals for your designated store.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing retail team, fostering a positive, engaging, and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and excellence.
• Deliver an unparalleled customer experience, ensuring every customer interaction is positive, memorable, and aligns with Miniklub's brand values.
• Oversee all facets of daily store operations, including meticulous inventory management, efficient stock replenishment, visual merchandising excellence, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Successfully manage and execute new store launches, ensuring all operational, staffing, and visual merchandising aspects are perfectly in place for optimal business growth and sustained success from day one.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to develop and implement effective strategies for maximizing sales, improving customer engagement, and enhancing store performance.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations, maintaining a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff.
• Manage store budgets, control operational costs, and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 to 8 years of progressive and hands-on experience in retail management, with a demonstrable track record in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager capacity.
• Proven strong leadership capabilities, with excellent team handling, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Extensive experience within the apparel, fashion, lifestyle, or kidswear retail sectors is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in using retail management software, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and inventory management tools.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
