Key Responsibilities

• Strategically lead and manage comprehensive end-to-end fleet and school transport operations across multiple geographical locations, ensuring optimal performance and service delivery.
• Drive aggressive business expansion initiatives, including the successful launch of operations in new cities and the seamless onboarding of new school clients.
• Proactively identify new market opportunities and growth areas, conducting thorough operational feasibility studies and meticulously planning their successful rollout.
• Implement advanced strategies to optimize route efficiency, maximize fleet utilization, significantly reduce operating costs, and consistently enhance overall service quality for all stakeholders.
• Effectively manage and nurture relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, including drivers, city operations teams, external fleet partners, and key vendors.
• Champion and enforce stringent safety standards, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across all facets of the transport network, consistently tracking and reporting on performance metrics.
• Develop and implement scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), robust performance dashboards, and streamlined processes to support and accelerate the company’s ambitious business growth objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data and analytics to identify bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions within the business operations framework.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in fleet management, transportation, logistics, mobility, or related operational fields, preferably within a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated strong expertise in driving large-scale business expansion, managing multi-city operations, and successfully leading and developing high-performing operational teams.
• Extensive experience in fleet management, including vehicle maintenance, route planning, driver management, and regulatory compliance.
• Prior exposure to school transportation, ride-hailing platforms, or last-mile delivery operations is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform operational strategies and improvements.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of inspiring teams, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and effectively engaging with external partners and clients.
