Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and deploy advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms for predictive and prescriptive analytics, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis, feature engineering, and rigorous model evaluation to extract actionable insights from large and complex datasets.
• Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs to validate hypotheses, measure the impact of new features or strategies, and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards to communicate complex findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to seamlessly integrate data science solutions into production systems, advocating for MLOps best practices.
• Continuously research and explore new data science methodologies, tools, and emerging technologies, including Deep Learning, Generative AI (GenAI), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection, data quality, data governance, and overall data infrastructure processes.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
• 4-8 years of progressive professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical and modeling role.
• Exceptional proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, cleaning, analysis, and sophisticated model development.
• Strong theoretical and practical understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
• Demonstrable experience with predictive modeling, feature engineering, and rigorous model evaluation techniques, including familiarity with various metrics and validation methods.
• Solid experience in data visualization tools and methodologies to present complex insights clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices for deploying and managing machine learning models is a significant plus.
• Exposure to Deep Learning frameworks, Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), or Causal Inference techniques is highly advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
