Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and validate robust machine learning models using various statistical and predictive techniques, including regression, classification, and clustering.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis, interpret complex datasets, and derive actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and improve system performance.
• Utilize and refine feature engineering techniques to optimize model accuracy and efficiency across diverse applications.
• Implement and experiment with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch for advanced AI projects.
• Contribute to the entire lifecycle of model development, from data exploration and preprocessing to deployment and ongoing monitoring, with a basic understanding of MLOps principles.
• Research and apply emerging Artificial Intelligence concepts, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP), to create innovative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver high-quality, impactful data products.
• Ensure the integrity, quality, and reliability of data used for model training and evaluation, maintaining high standards for analytical rigor.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar AI/ML-focused role.
• Strong proficiency in Python, coupled with extensive experience using key data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Comprehensive understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals, Statistics, and Data Analysis principles.
• Demonstrated experience with various machine learning algorithms, including Regression, Classification, Clustering, and Predictive Modeling.
• Solid knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and querying, along with expertise in Feature Engineering and Model Evaluation methodologies.
• A foundational understanding of Deep Learning concepts and practical exposure to frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with modern Artificial Intelligence paradigms, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Basic understanding of Model Deployment strategies and MLOps practices is highly desirable.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
