Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines, including DABS pipelines, ensuring data integrity and availability for analytical purposes.
• Implement and manage MLOps principles and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models, ensuring efficient deployment and lifecycle management within AWS environments.
• Utilize AWS MLOPs services such as SageMaker, ECS, Lambda, SSM Parameter Store, and EventBridge to build and automate scalable ML workflows.
• Work extensively with Databricks, including Unity Catalog, SQL Warehouse, and compute setup, to process, analyze, and manage large datasets.
• Develop and deploy advanced analytical models using Python, with a focus on Generative AI technologies, including OpenAI, Claude, and GCP LLM models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, develop data-driven solutions, and provide actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Ensure observability of data and ML systems by implementing monitoring dashboards and alerts to maintain system health and performance.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform to ensure consistency and scalability of cloud resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 8-10 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role focusing on data engineering and machine learning.
• Demonstrated expertise with AWS cloud computing services, particularly those relevant to MLOPs and data processing.
• Proficiency in Python programming for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning model development.
• Extensive experience with Databricks, including Unity Catalog, and strong SQL skills for data querying and management.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI models and platforms like OpenAI, Claude, or GCP LLM models.
• Proven ability to implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and MLOps frameworks.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
