Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js and Next.js.
• Implement intuitive user interfaces and experiences, ensuring high performance, seamless interactivity, and cross-browser compatibility across various devices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into functional, pixel-perfect features.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and reusable code, strictly adhering to best practices and coding standards, with a strong emphasis on TypeScript.
• Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring overall code quality, consistency, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions to optimize application speed and responsiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in frontend development, continuously seeking opportunities to improve development processes and enhance technical capabilities within the team.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience of 1-3 years as a Frontend Developer, preferably in a fast-paced and agile development environment.
• Demonstrable expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Next.js, including a deep understanding of Next.js 15 features such as App Router, Server Components, and Client Components.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript for building scalable, maintainable, and type-safe codebases.
• Solid experience with styling frameworks like Tailwind CSS, and integrating REST APIs effectively using libraries such as Axios and TanStack React Query.
• Hands-on experience with modern state management solutions (e.g., Zustand) and robust form handling libraries (e.g., React Hook Form, Zod).
• Familiarity with contemporary development tools, package managers like pnpm, and monorepo setups, including tools like Turborepo.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills (both verbal and written), and a collaborative, team-player mindset.
• Added Advantage: Prior experience in domains such as Insurance, FinTech, Healthcare, Payments, KYC, or developing rule-driven applications will be highly valued.
