Associate Frontend Engineer (Ember.js)

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality, high-performance web applications using React and Next.js.
• Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces from design mockups, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to define and implement new features.
• Integrate seamlessly with REST APIs to fetch and display data, ensuring efficient data flow and state management using libraries like Redux or Flux.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO, performing thorough debugging and performance profiling.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in frontend development, continuously seeking opportunities to improve our technology stack and processes.
• Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in frontend web development.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with React and strong expertise in Next.js, including server-side rendering (SSR), performance optimization, and SEO best practices.
• Exceptional proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Demonstrable experience with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Practical experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Flux.
• Proven ability to integrate and consume various REST APIs effectively.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience writing testable, clean, and well-documented code.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, collaborating with team members both in-office and remotely.
